At the beginning of April, our founders Fadel Bennani and Nicolas Henri had the pleasure of hosting our very first webinar at Tracklab — a powerful moment, rich in discussions, where we shared our vision of artificial intelligence in the service of GFSI ( The Global Food Safety Initiative ) quality systems.

What particularly touched us? Your numerous positive feedback. Clients, partners, quality professionals... many of you praised the clarity, relevance, and originality of our content. Thank you for your trust, your encouragement, and your inspiring ideas!

GFSI requirements place a huge strain on quality teams for months, often at the cost of their on-site presence. Current systems are complex, time-consuming, and unrewarding. AI can take over the most tedious and repetitive tasks, allowing quality managers to finally focus on what matters most: supporting teams, understanding their realities, and fostering a true Food Safety Culture.

We're currently developing more than 20 new AI-powered features to address these challenges. For example, automatic document version comparison: no more spending hours looking for what changed between two 20-page versions... Tracklab will do it for you, in seconds. This is precisely the objective of the GLOBALG.AP Chain of Custody (CoC) standard: to ensure that products bearing a GLOBALG.AP certificate actually come from certified farms, and that their integrity is preserved throughout the supply chain.
For several years, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become an essential pillar of the strategy of large organizations. In this context, the duty of care has become a structuring legal framework, requiring companies to anticipate and prevent serious risks related to their activities, particularly regarding human rights, the environment, and health. But what does this duty of care actually consist of, and how should companies comply with it?
